Ø To maintain discipline on packing line & Autoclave ensure operations are performed as SOPs.

Ø To monitor and supervision of packing line & Autoclave activities as per SOP.

Ø To check & control about safety aspects while working.

Ø To check the availability of sufficient workmen & proper allocation of workmen to packing activity.

Ø To follow the for export packing and authorised MRP list for domestic market packing.

Ø To check & control about safety aspects while working Packing and Autoclave Sections.

Ø Maintain facility and equipment / machine in good condition.

Ø To keep the daily Autoclave and packing department documents & record on line documents like BPCR, Logbook, FGTN, etc.

Ø To maintain personal hygiene as per GMP requirement and documentation as per good documentation practices.

Ø To ensure segregation of generate waste material as per environmental management system requirements.

Ø To develop, Implement and maintain the EMS, EnMS and OHSAS under the direction of the Management Representative.

Ø Act as the pollution Prevention, Accident Prevention, Waste minimization and Energy team wherever applicable.

Ø Reporting immediately on non-conformance, incident and documenting the same.

Ø Understand, Trend, Implement and follow the OCP for preventing, reducing or eliminating the significant aspects and risks in respective area.

Ø Follow all the Safety & Environment rules as per legal register and systems and procedures as per EOHSMS such as work permits, OCP, work instructions.

Ø To initiate corrective and preventive action in Environmental, safety and Energy loss incident.

Ø To follow operational control procedure for preventing, reducing or eliminating the significant aspects and risks in respective area.

Ø Identifying the significant environmental aspects and significant OH&S hazards through Environment aspect impact analysis and risk assessment process for all the activities of the department and maintain the same in aspect and HIRA register.

Ø Responsible to ensure the complete training activities within the Autoclave and packing department.

Ø Responsible to ensure that all the employees have been completed the training on relevant operating procedures, cGMP training programs,

Ø Responsible to conduct successive follow-up trainings within the department.

Ø Responsible to coordinate with external service providers/vendors/ to provide training on GMP, Personnel Hygiene, Data Integrity and Good Documentation Practices wherever applicable/ in case of any GMP activities were carried by them.

Ø Responsible to maintain list of certified trainers within the department.

Ø Responsible to ensure the trainings has been carried as per annual schedule for employees, permanent work men (PWM) & contract work men (CWM).

Ø Responsible for evaluation of training needs of the employees wherever applicable.

Ø Responsible for identification of training needs and competency matrix for all the department employees.
